EXISTING CUSTOMERS 

If you are an existing customer and already known to Blackstone or already in the course of discussions or arranging a mortgage, please complete the short form to request a convenient time for your consultation and continued service excellence. 

We will come back to you to confirm your booking together with the information you will need for our discussion. 

Please note, we recommend you give a minimum of two days notice - we are often booked two weeks in advance and thank you for your patience. 

During busy periods, there may be a delay of several hours before you receive a reply and we thank you for your patience.

Our hours of business are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, and the office closes at 4pm on Thursday for staff training. 

We are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays. 

Please note, we can only provide advice to customers living and working in the UK.

Our minimum mortgage amount is £100,000.

NOTICE TO EXISTING CUSTOMERS 

 

Top quality advice and your part to play in the mortgage process

At Blackstone, we give professional advice that engages our customers and provide a smooth mortgage journey. Please supply your documents as soon as possible to assist us to place your mortgage with the best lender for you and avoid any delays in getting your borrowing approved. This will help ensure you snap up the property and mortgage you've set your heart on. 

We will need to see evidence of your identity, income and supporting documents so that we can give our advice and are not permitted to make a recommendation or process your application without sight of these. 

Which documents will I need?

Your latest 4 months payslips and if applicable details of any bonuses/commission
and ideally your most recent bank statement showing details of your income and expenditure 
If self-employed - your last two to three years' SA302 documents or business accounts (speak with us if you have been trading for a shorter period - we also work with lenders that use one years' finalised accounts) and/or confirmation from a qualified accountant.

It will help make the process smoother and you will be accepted more quickly if you gather the right documents and send them in one batch. These are needed before we can give our formal advice and arrange your application.
